Project Description

D.G. Petkar developed the first in-house API coupling, creating an import substitute option for KSTL and playing a vital role in KSTL’s first OCTG supply to ONGC India. He also improved productivity, efficiency, utilization, and the effective management of bottleneck areas by implementing lean manufacturing systems and inventory management. Additionally, he enhanced the process yield from 68% to 84% by establishing systematic process improvements.
